Tenants Choice

As this is an active business we're running, we expect our tenants to be active players. We do not encourage players to rent our apartments on their alt characters which they rarely use.

We will always sort out in-active players without hesitation, unless we have been informed of given in-activity and it has been accepted. - Contact us about in-activity by clicking HERE and write a message.

We also want to point out that we do not expect people to play 10 hours a day nor every day of the week. We get that people also got a life outside GTA World.

But this will be put here so before people contact us, they know that activity is expected. Otherwise the business can't run. - This is the only way to make an actual leasing business a thing.
